Large Children's Play Area, and Recreational field. |

Is there any security on the park?
Yes - Managers live on site, Park is never unattended, and all caravans in closed period behind locked gates. |

Do the holiday homes have any guarantee?
12 Months manufacturers warranty from new. Pre Owned Holiday Homes are sold as seen. |

What are the site fees at your park?
The site fees for 2008 are:
Holiday Homes = £1,650 Seasonal Tourers = £1,350. |

How long can my holiday home be on the park?
15 years from year of manufacture |

Are the units energy efficient?
All new holiday homes come with central heating and double glazing. |

Are you allowed dogs on the park?
Yes - of course, they should be kept under control at all times. |

No, but it can be used by your family and friends. |

Do I have to sell my caravan back to the park owners?
No, but we can sell your caravan on site for a 15% commission charge
